Q) Why should I register?

A) We keep promoting our sites to all the top players of the Gems and Jewelry industry. Registration helps to list your name under our "Jewelry designer" and "Gemologist and graders" category. By doing this one can promote themselves and their sites to all the visitors of our site. This can also help the job seekers to get a much desrving job if some company is interested in them. Best reason- its FREE.

Q) why I am not able to log into my account?

A) Registration of designers/gemologist is done only for the listing purpose. Once a person registers, then their name is displayed under the "Designers" or "Gemologist and graders" list on our home page. The login facility is only applicable for our clients who want to use our "Jewel Store" for selling their products. Q) What are the charges for selling jewelry on your site?

A)Right now we are providing only 5 slots per person. Designs uploaded on the slots can be edited and deleted any no.of times. The charges are Rs.3000/- for one year. The main reason for this is because we aim to promote young designers, enterpreneurs in this industry. We charge no commission on the jewelry, gemstones sold by the dealer. The buyer would contact the dealer by email and we do not interfere in between.

Q) How do you accept payments ?

A) we accept cash, cheque or pay pal payments only.

Q) My photo is not appearing properly in the site?

A) Photos should be uploaded in a specific format of 100 x 100 px. If you have trouble uploading your photos then please send us your photos and we will upload it for you free of charge. Once you have registered and uploaded your photos then you cannot do any changes to photos. For this please contact us at contact@gehnabazaar.com.

Q) Why should I upload a photo?

A) The best reason for you to upload a good photo is that ,people who upload their photo automatically appear under our "Featured Jewelry designer" on our home page. This can give you the much wanted publicity to spread your awarness to the other visitors of our site.
